About

What this site does

We gather time-limited events — festivals, exhibitions, performances, concerts, workshops and classes — from open government data and put them in one place. The point is to let you narrow by category, area and date on a single screen, instead of visiting each institution’s website in turn.

  • By category — workshops, exhibitions, performances, concerts, festivals and community events
  • By area — province and district, or a radius around you on the map
  • By date — what is running on a given day, and what starts that day, on the calendar

Where we have data

We currently list 428 events in Seoul. Coverage is expanding region by region, and areas that are not ready yet are marked “coming soon” on the regions page.

The aim is nationwide coverage, but we do not make unfinished regions look finished. Being able to trust that the information is right is the only reason to use a site like this.

Where the information comes from

Event details come from data published by public institutions. We follow the source data as it stands, and neither invent nor alter content.

  • 서울특별시 문화행사 정보서울특별시 (서울 열린데이터광장) view the source

Data is refreshed automatically once a day. The source itself can lag, and organisers change or cancel schedules, so please confirm with the official site or the organiser before you travel.

What you need to use it

There is no sign-up. Every feature works without logging in, and we do not ask for personal details. Reviews can be left anonymously.

If something is wrong

If you spot incorrect information, please tell us through Contact. We check it against the source data and correct it — or, where the source itself is wrong, pass it on to the institution that publishes it.
