Terms of Service

These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the service and its users, in relation to the event information the service provides and the posts (reviews) that users leave.

The service has no sign-up process. Anyone may use it without registering or logging in, and no account is created to identify a user.

• Event information is collected and organised from data published by public institutions. The service neither hosts nor organises the events.
• As a rule the service passes the source data through as it is, and does not invent content.
• Details may differ from reality because the source is updated late, or because an organiser changes or cancels a schedule. Please confirm with the official site before visiting.
• Attendance, booking and refunds are matters between the user and the organising institution; the service is not a party to them.

• Users may write reviews of events anonymously. The standards for writing, deletion and hiding follow the Content Policy.
• Copyright in a post remains with its author. The service uses posts only to display them on its own pages and to allow search engines to index them.
• Because posts are anonymous, there is no way to verify that someone is the original author. Authors therefore cannot edit or delete their own posts; deletion is handled by the operator under the Content Policy.
• With that in mind, please do not write anything that would be hard to take back — such as information that identifies an individual.

• Interfering with normal operation of the service (excessive automated requests, probing for vulnerabilities, and the like)
• Using collected information in breach of the terms set by the institution that provides the source data
• Writing posts that infringe the rights of others or breach the law

The service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, because of a fault, or because a source of data stops being published. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of foreseeable interruptions.

The service makes every effort to relay information accurately, but is not liable for loss arising from errors in, or changes to, the source data. This does not apply where the loss is caused by the service’s intentional act or gross negligence.

If these terms change, the effective date and the substance of the change will be posted on this page. Amended terms apply from the effective date shown.

This English text is provided for convenience. The service operates under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Korean version of these terms is the authoritative text. If there is any discrepancy between the two, the Korean version prevails.
