[About the Performance] The protagonist of this musical is the producer himself, who is a legal professional, and the content of the musical is intended to express the trajectory of a life lived respecting Martyr Kim Tae-hoon, a high school classmate, and Judge Han Ki-taek, a university classmate. In 1981, during his 4th year in the Department of Economics at Seoul National University, Martyr Kim Tae-hoon died a righteous death at the Seoul National University Library to inform people of the unfair deaths of the victims of the Gwangju Uprising and to resist the Chun Doo-hwan regime. The late Judge Han Ki-taek was the original initiator of the 1988 Judicial Democratization Declaration, and passed away in an unexpected accident in 2005 while practicing his motto of holding trials at the risk of his life. In this musical, the producer commemorates these two respected friends, while sublimating into art the historical events he personally experienced and the sorrows and joys he felt as a legal professional, seeking to express both the heavy mission of a legal professional and the pure beauty of art simultaneously.
