[PROGRAM] <Part 1> Ludwig van Beethoven, Coriolan Overture, Op. 62 Beethoven's 「Coriolan Overture」 depicts the conflict and fate of the tragic hero Coriolanus with dramatic progression and intense energy. It forcefully opens the performance, delivering deep tension. Joseph Haydn, Symphony No. 104 in D major, Hob. I:104 "London" Haydn's last symphony, a work showing the perfection of classical symphonies. Magnificent yet lively melodies convey the energetic atmosphere of London. INTERMISSION <Part 2> Felix Mendelssohn, Symphony No. 4 in A major, Op. 90 "Italian" Composed based on inspiration Mendelssohn received during his trip to Italy. Bright and cheerful melodies blend with rich color to vividly paint the warm mood of Southern Europe, decorating the end of the concert.
