[Performance Introduction] At the forefront of all timelines we have called out to and brought forth At some point, we find ourselves standing before an unfamiliar landscape. K-pop is embraced with enthusiasm abroad first, and Korea confirms it afterward; K-pop expands into animations, games, and virtual worlds, growing into a massive fictional universe. Alongside this flow, the texture of emotions and narratives built up by Korean popular music has also walked along the same timeline. Kim Chang-wan is a rare artist who has embodied that continuity. From Sanullim's experimentalism to the lyricism of folk, the innocence of children's songs, and even the everyday language in dramas—he belongs to the generation that remembers the emotional archetype preceding K-pop, while also being an artist who knows how to look at today's industrialized music through an observational lens rather than one of judgment. Overlapping K-pop as an industrial system and Korean popular music as a record of emotion on a single stage with Kim Chang-wan Band, we replay K-pop in our own native language. [Plain Text] At some point, we encounter an unfamiliar landscape. These days, K-pop generates excitement abroad first, and Korea confirms it later. It also extends into animations, games, and virtual worlds. K-pop has now become a vast world. Beside it, Korean popular music has walked through the same time together, retaining the texture of emotions and stories accumulated over a long time. Kim Chang-wan is a rare artist who has embodied that long span of time. From Sanullim's experimental rock to the lyricism of folk, the clarity of children's songs, and the everyday language in dramas. He belongs to the generation that remembers the feelings our music contained before K-pop existed. At the same time, he is an artist who knows how to watch today's music quietly without judging it hastily. K-pop, which has grown into an industry, and Korean popular music, which has recorded our hearts. We place these two musical paths that have run through the same timeline side by side on the stage of Kim Chang-wan Band. And we listen to today's K-pop again in our own language.
