The Here and There Festival is a participatory tourism festival created together by tourism startups and local small business owners. It is a Proof of Concept (PoC) site where tourism startups showcase new content developed using Cheorwon's diverse tourism resources such as nature, culture, and history, and verify business feasibility and service maturity through visitor experience and feedback. AI and data-based tourism services, experiential content, and region-linked products are operated to secure user reactions and field data. Local small business owners are provided with pre-accelerating to support product enhancement and marketing capability strengthening, and expand sales opportunities with new customers through participation in the flea market. Based on collaboration with tourism companies and small business owners, it is a region-win-win tourism festival that seeks to expand stay-type tourism content, increase sales, and revitalize the local economy. 1. Tourism Enterprise PoC Verification Program: Field verification of AI/data-based tourism services by startups 2. Strider Cup: Strider racing competition 3. Performance and Event Program: Invited singer performances, bubble magic show, magic mime, science musical, paper airplane performance, etc. 4. Flea Market: Sale of local specialties and crafts, operation of Cheorwon local experience content, etc. 5. Reward Event: Capsule drawing opportunities provided upon completing missions such as startup experience missions and flea market purchase missions
