The 2026 Chuncheon Ani-Toy Festival (Chuncheon Aeni-Toi Peseutibeol) is a complex cultural event where various subculture and cultural products such as animation, characters, art toys, figures, goods, and creator content come together. This event is held around the Animation Museum located in Baksa-ro, Seo-myeon, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do. The official schedule is planned for a total of three days from Saturday, October 3, 2026, to Monday, October 5, 2026. This event forms a place where major brands in related industries, creative artists, fans, and collectors gather in an offline space to exchange the latest trends and grasp the dynamics of related markets. Beyond a mere exhibition for viewing purposes, the venue consists of various detailed programs where participants can practically share their respective tastes and interests. Corporate and individual exhibition booths where one can check the current state of the animation and toy industry, industry-related experiential programs, and sales exhibitions where brand-specific products can be directly encountered are held simultaneously. Furthermore, this festival, as a representative family participation event in the region, is equipped with facilities and program infrastructure that all generations can view and participate in. Visitors can directly check and purchase creative works of many artists and actual new products from major brands on-site, which serves as a direct communication channel between industry workers and consumers. Consequently, the main purpose of this festival is to promote the activation of related content industries and to deliver specific and empirical information about the cultural arts content industry to visitors. 1. Stage Programs: Performance-type programs that children and family visitors can enjoy together, character performances, participation-based stages, music, and performance-style content, etc. 2. Experiential/Participation Programs: Experiential programs that children, families, and general visitors can participate in directly, including play, making, educational content, family participation programs, and eco-friendly related experiences, etc. 3. Exhibition Programs: Centered on exhibition-style content related to the festival's theme, including archive-type exhibitions, generation-empathy exhibitions, and public/policy promotion exhibitions, etc. 4. Gangwon Content Showcase: Promotion, sales, and experience-linked programs involving local content creators and related companies, as well as exhibitions linked to local content industries, promotional booths, experience booths, and sales-type programs, etc.
