The 31st Hongseong Namdanghang Port Jumbo Shrimp Festival is Hongseong's representative autumn food festival where you can meet fresh seasonal jumbo shrimp from the clean Cheonsuman Bay. At this festival held in Namdanghang Port, a representative gourmet tourist destination on the west coast, you can taste jumbo shrimp that have grown plump for the season, and encounter various performances and entertainment along with the beautiful sea scenery of Namdanghang Port. The 2026 festival will be held in the Namdanghang Port area from September 4 to November 8, with opening performances from September 4 to 6 and Chuseok performances prepared from September 25 to 26. Various performers including Bin Ye-seo and Park Hyun-bin, as well as Jang Do-hyun, Yu Do-hyun, Kim Jeong-ah, and Kim Seo-yeon, will participate in the opening and Chuseok performances to add to the excitement. Namdanghang Port is a representative tourist destination of Cheonsuman Bay, rich in various seafood such as gizzard shad as well as jumbo shrimp. During the festival, you can enjoy fresh seafood and local food while also admiring the beautiful sunset of the West Sea.
