[Seoul Light DDP 2026 Autumn], the world's largest atypical media art festival that will brightly illuminate downtown Seoul, will be held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) for 11 days from September 3 to 13. Under the theme 'DAYBREAKER', it presents the spirit of innovation and challenge that breaks the darkness and opens a new light through three festivals: Autumn, Winter, and Countdown. The first chapter, [Seoul Light DDP 2026 Autumn], focuses on the 'K-Original Light', the fundamental light that has formed today's Korean culture. In this event, a new stage, the first for Seoul Light DDP, will be presented through live performances and real-time responsive media art based on Nam June Paik's philosophy. In addition, media art that modernly reinterprets the works of Yoo Young-kuk and Hangeul, as well as performances combining light, sound, and lasers, will create another beginning that will be remembered as the future of Seoul Light DDP. 1.
