[ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE] 'Equality is the foundation of society, and affection is the true nature of humanity.' What kind of world do you want to live in? The cry of the people of Jinju 100 years ago who dreamed of an equal society like a balance scale. [SYNOPSIS] Early morning on April 25, 1923. In order to go to the Jinju Youth Hall where the inaugural assembly of the Hyeongpyeongsasociety is held, six outcast class members (slaves, Buddhist monks, shoemakers, clowns, gisaeng, shamans) gather on the Sumu Sea (the sandy beach of Namgang River) waiting for the butcher, White Handbarrow, who brought them together. They act out and play through his and Baekchon Kang Sang-ho's lives, their meeting, the Hyeongpyeong movement, and their hope in the format of roleplay and play.
