[Performance Introduction] Wonju Civic Chorale 119th Regular Concert In this regular concert, we specially present the **original cantata 《Yun Dong-ju》 by composer Jeon Kyeong-suk**. The original cantata 《Yun Dong-ju》 is a work based on 11 poems by Yun Dong-ju, a poet and writer who dedicated his life to the independence of the nation during the Japanese colonial period. Yun Dong-ju's poetry contains the pain of the times and the spirit of national resistance, while also flowing with a delicate and warm lyricism looking at humans and life. Yun Dong-ju, a poet with strong will and soft lyricism. In this performance, his poetic words come alive anew through chorus and music, allowing you to meet the inner self, agony, and the spirit of the youth Yun Dong-ju who lived through an era and did not break until the end through music.
