[Introduction] 1. Story of the Performance Between the deep dark dawn and the blue-tinged morning light, an hour passes that brings both night and morning. On that day, I missed that one hour. At 4 AM, the moment he missed his father's final moment forever, he became stuck in that time. He had invested every moment in his dream of being a ballerina, his most desired life, living every day frantically, putting everything off until next time, without even looking at the scenery unfolding in the present. Then one day at 4 AM, the heavy darkness rubbed his eyes open and the scenery he saw was his father's back. Thinking he could just say hello tomorrow as usual, he closed his eyes, unable to overcome the sleep in the darkness, and failed to witness his father's end, his death. A tomorrow that no longer visits, a morning that no longer arrives, 5 AM. In the deep sea of time, at 4 AM which feels like death, can he see 5 AM again? 2. Director's Intent For those of us living intensely busy modern lives who think stopping is equivalent to death. Through the performance, I want to talk to the audience about a person who used to walk the busy modern streets where stopping isn't allowed for a single second, and what kind of life they lived after experiencing a halt in life. I want to create an opportunity to think together about where the direction of your life is heading through the pauses in life and what we should live for again. In 4 AM, a space and time like the deep sea where you can block out everything that repeats endlessly and busily. We live our lives swimming in our own oceans, working hard to reach the places we desire and long for. Longing for the world we want to be over that horizon, we run and run through the day. There was a 'me' who lived like that, putting off happiness until the next time, until tomorrow. But one day at 4 AM, when the pause came, to the person he cherished most...
