[Introduction] <Shall We Talk About Mis(takes)> is a text exhibition and reading performance. Using text written separately and together by Kwon Young-in and Jo Eun-su, it expects audiences to create a time and space to connect accidentally and loosely with others. The work is divided into two formats: exhibition and reading. In the exhibition and reading, the same text is read in different ways. In the exhibition, individuals choose and read texts at their own pace. In the reading, they read the texts aloud themselves and listen to others' voices reading. This is the process and result of efforts by people who are extremely fearful and find it difficult to connect with something, trying to connect somehow anyway. We are very lonely, often anxious, constantly loving, and frequently hating. We are so, so different from each other, and so we hurt every time we connect and contact. Even so, I just want us to be okay. Then, let's create a time and space where strangers, who would never have met if not for this place today, can exist together for a while and part. While randomly weaving stories of making mistakes, doing wrong, and failing, let's just 'be together' for a moment. Let's do some foolish things that cannot be done in places where too much effort is required and equivalent achievements must be made. This is our greeting to one another.
