[청춘어람, '전통을 따르는 청년 새로움을 찾는 노년'] '청춘어람'은 청년과 신노년세대의 공명을 통해 세대의 벽을 허물고, 경험과 새로움을 나누며 동반성장하는 문화플랫폼이다. ​2026 문화요일 청춘마이크 전라·제주권은 지역공연팀에게 일상 속 공연 기회와 교류·협력의 장을 제공하여 성장의 발판을 마련하고, 이를 통해 지역 간 균형 있는 문화 참여 기회를 확대함으로써 모든 국민이 일상에서 예술을 누리는 지역 문화 균형 발전을 실현한다.
