The main participation sections consist of general food booths, performance booths, and chef consulting booths. The general food booths offer menus using Tongyeong's representative raw materials such as oysters, eels, sea squirts, and red sea bream. The performance booths provide on-site cooking, menu presentation, and customer participation along with spectacles. The chef consulting booths are where menus are developed with famous chefs using representative Tongyeong foods. The festival utilizes Tongyeong's sea and gastronomy as local content, providing local brands and producers with opportunities to meet visitors.
