About this event

Body, Disturbance, and Habitat <Minor Beings> is a choreographic work that explores the body not as an independent and complete entity, but as a constantly changing ecology forming relationships with various beings. The work views ruins not simply as abandoned spaces, but as ecologies where different beings create new relationships in places where human order has loosened. By extending this perspective to the body, it questions the body as a field of relationships rather than a single individual. The performance unfolds through processes of awareness, curling inward, and disturbance. The body temporarily suspends familiar senses and order, loosening its center to accept the time and rhythm of other beings. Through those gaps, different senses and breaths permeate, and the body transforms into new ways of existence while forming relationships amidst instability and uncertainty. In this work, habitat is not a fixed place, but a state of relationship where different beings influence each other and change together. <Minor Beings> proposes the body as a living ecology where various beings reside and generate relationships, not just belonging to humans.
