[공연소개] 시대 퀘벡 연극계가 주목한 화제작 ‘선의’의 얼굴을 한 가장 날카로운 블랙코미디 캐나다 최고 권위 문학상인 ‘총독문학상’을 거머쥐며, 동시대 퀘벡 연극계의 중심에 선 파니 브리트의 대표작 <비앙베이앙스 Bienveillance>가 국내 무대에 낭독공연으로 처음 소개된다. 작품 속 가상의 마을 이름이자, 프랑스어로 ‘선의’를 뜻하는 단어 ‘비앙베이앙스 Bienveillance’. 작품은 ‘선한 행동’의 본질과 ‘좋은 사람’의 의미를 집요하게 성찰하며, 블랙코미디 특유의 유쾌하면서도 예리한 시선으로 인간의 선의를 향한 가장 불편한 질문을 던진다.
