The 13th Hoengseong Deodeok Festival will be held for three days from September 11 to 13, 2026, at the Nonggeori Festival Grounds in Cheongil-myeon, Hoengseong-gun. This festival is held under the theme of 'Delicious Deodeok, Joyful Festival, Exciting Cheongil,' and brings together Hoengseong deodeok (mountain root) grown in clean nature and local agricultural products. During the festival period, food experiences using deodeok and various food booths are operated, and an exhibition and sales center where local farmers directly participate is set up. In addition, the Nonggeori Dance Competition and experience programs are prepared to provide visitors with opportunities to directly participate and enjoy. It is a festival where local culture and the community come together centered on deodeok, the representative agricultural product of Hoengseong. 1.
