[Event Introduction] The third chapter of "Han-Na Chang's Daejeon Grand Festival," a celebration of passionate young musicians with outstanding talent, opens. Under the theme of "Joy of Music," this year's festival presents music as a lifelong companion encompassing human joys and sorrows. Artistic Director Han-Na Chang, who has led this music festival for three years, will conclude her tenure with a program condensing the artistic achievements and musical philosophy accumulated over the years. Following the themes of finding "Be Yourself!" two years ago and portraying "Immortal Beloved" last year, the Daejeon Grand Festival finally meets the joy that music brings, decorating the finale of its grand journey. Audiences can look forward to the most magnificent lineup in history, featuring the most spotlighted young masters of the classical music scene alongside excellent local performers, and the high-level stage they will present. The Closing Concert features live classical trumpet legend and brass superstar Tine Thing Helseth, alongside Queen Elisabeth Competition (2026) winner, cellist Ettore Pagano. A rising pianist selected through auditions, continuing from last year, will also join.
