[Performance Introduction] Seoul International Dance Festival in Tank The Seoul International Dance Festival in Tank (SIDFIT), held during the autumn season, is a performance-centered international dance festival where various artists across generations and genres come together. The Arts in Tank Autumn Festival SIDFIT takes 'Regeneration' as its theme, actively utilizing the spatial characteristics of the Oil Tank Culture Park, which was reborn from an industrial heritage site into a cultural arts space. Site-specific performances tailored to the unique structure and atmosphere of each tank and experimental works by debut/new artists provide a new artistic experience to the audience. In addition, through various programs connecting the inside and outside of the performance venue, such as open rehearsals, street performances throughout the tank, citizen participation performances, and international collaboration projects, we create a festival where artists and citizens communicate and empathize together. SIDFIT presents the possibility of a new dance festival as a cultural arts platform that connects space, art, and people beyond just performances. [PROGRAM] Yu Ji-hyang, <OFFICE> <Office> is a work that expresses the anxiety and longing for liberation of modern people living within a controlled system. People who reveal their suppressed inner selves and those who restrain themselves according to the flow of the organization coexist, creating tension and conflict. Repeated oppression and resistance reveal the process where humanity is constantly regenerated even within a controlled system. Lee Min-jeong, <Silence: sea> The silent sea holds the memories of all life while harboring deep wounds from human desire. The work expresses the process of extinction, circulation, and regeneration through body language following the movement of waves and currents. In a journey where loss and recovery intersect, nature constantly blossoms new life and heals itself. The silence of the voiceless sea conveys a deep message toward the coexistence of humans and nature, making us look back on the essence of life. Kim Hae-jin, <Persona (Gamyeon)> The human ego is not a fixed entity. We live by constantly creating new personas within relationships and environments. Changing relationships and environments give birth to another self, and that repetition connects us to society while gradually blurring the original self. This work looks at the process of personas being constantly created and multiplied, rather than a story of taking off a mask.
