[Program] <Cassandra, You aged!> *Earphones required during viewing / Participatory performance following dancers while listening to music via QR* Cassandra is a princess of Troy in Greek mythology who was cursed by the god Apollo to make true prophecies that no one would believe. This work reimagines this character, asking what would have happened if she hadn't died but had aged, carrying the weight of ignored warnings and the burden of historical knowledge that followed her throughout her life. It explores the passage of time in a woman's life, celebrates senior dancers who continue to dance, and highlights their life experiences, artistic maturity, and the importance of their ongoing contribution to the dance world. Choreographer & Performer: Ana Sanchez Colberg <Breath (Sum)> <Breath> captures the process where two energies, internal and external, meet through breathing and connect within the current body. Cloth is both the boundary that divides two worlds and the passage that connects them, and the two dancers symbolize different layers coexisting within one being. This work records the moment when vitality awakens again along the breath through the body. <Interaction> "In an era where we survive only if we communicate, are we truly communicating?" In a complex and diverse modern society, the constant topic of relationships is undoubtedly 'communication.' 『Interaction』 deals with the absence of communication faced within relationships and the subtly passing processes through the language of the body. Discrepancy and entanglement of movement, and constant confrontation and repulsion. It intuitively reveals movements formed in relationships created by selfishness and competitiveness residing within humans. <Wild Tongue> The work highlights individual and collective trauma stemming from homophobia, ethnicity, migration, and alienation, while simultaneously showing how individual characteristics and artistic expression can combine to rewrite positive narratives on our bodies. By inviting the audience into a process of developing a shared language beyond differences between artists, it shows how stories of body movement become powerful engines for verbal, cognitive, and expressive communication, and that the dancing body is not just a vessel for culture but a subject that creates culture. An elaborately composed improvisational story score emphasizes the links across the identities and aesthetics of the three artists. It presents a way to integrate rather than erase personal stories through a round-robin method of recalling, summoning, and witnessing, and to restore fragmented and diasporic identities.
