[Performance Introduction] Following the waves of the Geumgang River, the time of old Woongjin flows again on stage. The story of 'Goma', a woman who remained in the history and legends of Gongju, blooms anew through today's dance and sensuous visual arts. The creative dance drama 〈Goma〉 is an aching heart waiting for a loved one and a story of us who wanted to protect our home. Emotions created with local art, Gongju Arts Festival This stage was planned as part of the 'Gongju Arts Festival', which jointly produces and presents good works with excellent local artists and art organizations. Gongju Munye Center, the cradle of Gongju culture and arts, and the representative local art group 'Choi Seon Dance Company' joined forces to complete the unique emotions of our town in the most beautiful stage language. [Stage Direction Highlights: A feast of sensuous visual arts] Real-time video and projection mapping like a piece of painting unfold on the stage that has become a pure white canvas, providing a three-dimensional impression beyond time and space. - Geumgang drawn with light: Blue and silver lights are projected onto the minimal white stage to vividly realize the waves and moonlight of the Geumgang River. - Grand festival of Woongjin: The strong vitality of the people of Woongjin fills the stage with dynamic group dance and drum sounds. - Breathtaking dramatic tension: In battle and martial arts scenes, the stage set is used three-dimensionally to increase the sense of presence, and the contrast of light and shadow highlights the delicate emotional lines of the characters. This performance, where the deep breathing of traditional dance and modern media art are perfectly harmonized, will be a place to prove how brilliant Gongju's history and culture can become as a work of art. [Synopsis] Chapter 1. You, met in a strange wind Woongjin, embracing the waves of the Geumgang River. The strong and beautiful woman 'Goma' and a traveler from far away meet for the first time like a strange wind by fate. Chapter 2. Season of beautiful love Sharing songs and gestures under the moonlight, the two hearts gradually get closer, and the affectionate feelings soon become a wave of deep love. Chapter 3. At the riverside where you left A traveler leaving for a long journey. Goma waits with the promise in her heart, but in deep longing, she is gradually buried by the waves of the Geumgang River. Chapter 4. The road back, the remaining traces The traveler who returned to Woongjin after a long time only encounters Goma's empty seat and faint traces, and calls the unreachable name by the riverside for a long time.
