The Gyeongnam Goseong Dinosaur World Expo is a dinosaur-themed festival held at Danghangpo Tourist Site in Hoehwa-myeon, Goseong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. Goseong-gun is globally known as one of the top three dinosaur footprint fossil sites in the world; the expo has been held since 2006 to promote the value of dinosaur fossils found across the region and support local tourism. The venue at Danghangpo Tourist Site features a Dinosaur Theme Zone and Admiral Yi Sun-sin Theme Zone, alongside outdoor park areas such as coastal walking trails, hiking paths, and dinosaur footprint exploration routes. Hosted by Goseong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, the expo is operated in 2026 by the Goseong Cultural Tourism Foundation. Marking its 10th edition and 20th anniversary in 2026, it takes place under the theme 'Exciting Adventure with Dinosaurs.' It continues to solidify its place as Korea's leading dinosaur-themed festival through diverse exhibitions, experience programs, and performances. 1.
