The Seocho Music & Art Festival (SMAF) is Seocho-gun's flagship summer festival that transforms the city center into a square of arts and culture with youth sensibility and passion. Since its launch in 2023, it has grown rapidly under enthusiastic community support, now celebrating its 4th edition. The festival takes place across the Express Bus Terminal area and the Express Bus Terminal/Seavit Special Tourist Zone. This year features a newly introduced convergence K-Culture stage unique to the special tourist zone, combining music and fashion. In addition, through links with various local programs in Seocho-gu, the festival delivers diverse experiences and enjoyment to all visitors. 1. Main Programs - August 29 (Sat) [DAY 1] Music Dive: Live music stage to pump up festival excitement - August 30 (Sun) [DAY 2] Fashion Dive: Performance shows combined with fashion shows 2. Linked Programs - Touch the Piano: Interactive open stage program where any citizen can perform - Traveling Library: Seocho's outreach library lowering library thresholds to offer curated book collections and cultural experiences across the district - Seocho-Hangang Art Tour: Tour-style exhibition connecting the Express Bus Terminal/Seavit Special Tourist Zone, Some Seavit, and Banpo Hangang Park 3. Other Programs: Rest areas, on-site events, etc.
